Author: He is the author of numerous articles concerning asset protection techniques. His article "The Asset Protection Strategist" has become a classic for both the lay and professional reader.

Manuals: Mr. Eber's manuals on Basic Asset Protection, Family Limited Partnerships and Offshore Planning were adopted by the Foundation and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for use in California and throughout the United States for professional education classes.
Credentials: Mr. Eber received his Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York, his Master of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University and studied International Law at the University of Brussels. He is admitted to the state bars of New York and California. He is the founding member of the Estate and Wealth Strategies Collaborative.

Mrs. Reina has been working as a paralegal in the estate planning field since 1996 and the asset protection field since 2005. She provides valuable assistance to Mr. Eber in all aspects of his practice, including asset protection, estate preservation, estate planning, and business structures. She works directly with the clients along with the attorney and strives to assist Mr. Eber’s clients effectively and efficiently.
