Designing Your Asset Protection Plan
Before you choose an asset protection and/or estate planning strategy, you want to make sure you are getting expert advice from both legal and document customization perspectives. How do you know when you have found an expert?
Experience - I have been engaged in an Estate Planning practice since 1974. I introduced Asset Protection as a legal strategy to the California CPA Education Foundation and others in 1994. During 1994-1997 I gave over 60, 8-hour Asset Protection seminars directed to lawyers and accountants.
Expertise - My three books on Asset Protection have been published by and used for seminars given by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) across the country.
Credibility - I received my Law degree (J.D.) from the State University of New York and my Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University. I have had a distinguished career in Estate Planning and Asset Protection for more than 30 years. I have taught techniques to other accountants across the United States through seminars and articles I have written.
What I Can Do For You:
- Analysis of your Estate Planning and Asset Protection needs.
- Proposal for Domestic and/or International planning structures
- Structures generally encompassed in a “fixed-fee” Retainer arrangement.
- In depth 20 year analysis of cash flow and tax effects of the planning techniques used.
- In-depth knowledge of fraudulent transfer issues and how to best plan around them (if possible).
- Discussion of record keeping and IRS filing requirements for each entity which I set up for you.
